I have AC for my current coaching engagement but these are defined in loose terms such as improve the process and predicable delivery. I am curious, have you gotten coaching AC in SMART terms or with numerics?
I also am using “Break all the Rules” 12 questions to provide a management test that correlates with performance in general so that they can get a numerical sense of what is achieved. I want to know too.
Finally, I used it today with another group wanting help with retrospectives and started by asking how the manager would measure success of the endeavour.
