I’m putting my children’s names in my biography, CV etc…

I’m the father of Joppe (2002, Bent (2004), Geike(2007)

Whenever I send my CV or put my biography somewhere, I get the remark why do you put the fact that you have 3 kids in there?

Well I’m proud of being a father, I know that being a father influences how I think about leadership. I use what I learn from home in my leadership course and vice versa. So for me it is an important information to give in my CV. Is that so abnormal?

Euro BootCamp 3 is over…

This was my first BootCamp as a Certified BootCamp trainer. EuroBootCamp3 was a complete French BootCamp as all the participants came from French companies.

I will perfect the camp:

I give it a 9 out of 10.

What I like about it:

To give it a ten

  • I will find more participants so we won’t have problems with last minute drop outs
  • we would have had at least one women in the team
  • people would suspend what they knew about teamwork from the start, so they can fully engage in BootCamp faster
  • I would have more faith

(Now I got worried as it took longer as what I expected to have a real team.)

If you are interested in following a next BootCamp; check out or new dates and our prices

On Wednesday 6 august I am delivering our leadership game at Agile 2008. This game uses a lot of LEGO.

We have two options: moving all my Lego to Toronto (and find people that can help transport it, as it seems that we might be having to much to take with 2 people.
