Euro BootCamp 3 is over…

This was my first BootCamp as a Certified BootCamp trainer. EuroBootCamp3 was a complete French BootCamp as all the participants came from French companies.

I will perfect the camp:

I give it a 9 out of 10.

What I like about it:

 

• The team we ended with
• My co-Trainers
• The location
• Steven From Koningsteen
• The Core protocols
• The Pictures we all took
• The Integrity of the team
• The Creativity of the team
• The Snacks
• The Sauna (No picture )

 

To give it a ten

• I will find more participants so we won’t have problems with last minute drop outs
• we would have had at least one women in the team
• people would suspend what they knew about teamwork from the start, so they can fully engage in BootCamp faster
• I would have more faith

(Now I got worried as it took longer as what I expected to have a real team.)
